Rich is a multifaceted high-level professional chef and operations specialist with a deep knowledge base about the culinary arts and the foodservice industry. He has an acute ability to evaluate and streamline systems, manage teams and execute products of excellent quality and presentation. Rich nurtures a deep network in the DC food scene. In addition to possessing an ability to communicate effectively and think quickly and creatively, he also brings a positive attitude and enthusiastic commitment to any project.
Rich was trained at L’Academie de Cuisine and has worked in some of the finest kitchens in Washington DC, including Signatures, Restaurant Eve, Charlie Palmer Steak, Buck’s Fishing & Camping, Siroc Restaurant, Black’s Bar & Kitchen, and Chef Geoff’s Tyson’s Corner.
